Processing Time & Estimated Delivery Times (USA Only)
Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after this cutoff will begin processing the following business day, potentially extending the delivery timeframe by one day.
Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit time: 6–12 business days after the order has been shipped.
Total delivery time: 09–17 business days.
No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at support@twelve-smith.com within two hours after placing your order.
It will not be possible to change the shipping address once the order is in transit.
Incorrect Address
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
